Superbowl blowout

Oh, I saw this on the New York Post site about what it called a spicy correction in the New York Times' Dining Out section yesterday.

"A recipe last Wednesday for meatballs . . . to serve during the Super Bowl misstated the amount of chipotle chilies in adobo to be used. It is one or two canned chilies, not one or two cans. A corrected recipe appears below." No report on how many Times readers blew suffered taste bud damage. The Post quoted a Times spokeswoman saying, "While we know of no digestive disorders, we are truly sorry if we inflamed the palates of any football fans."

Genius.
